These terms are the agreement between you and Fathomself Limited, a New Zealand company (“Fathomself”, “we”, “us”, “our”), when you use Fathomself or buy a report. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to them.
What Fathomself is
Fathomself is a numerology service. Fathomself calculates your numerology chart from your full birth name, the name you go by, and your birth date, using the standard Pythagorean system. Every reading, free or paid, is then created for you by the Fathomself Synthesis Engine. The Fathomself Synthesis Engine uses an AI model in making your reading. Your numbers are calculated first, and the model works from those numbers and from the meanings the engine has checked against 218 works across the tradition. It never calculates a number itself, never switches to a different numerology system, and never predicts events. The AI model may receive your full birth name, the name you go by, your full birth date, your age, and your calculated chart. It does not receive your email address. Every report passes quality and fact checks before it reaches you, and a person checks any Deep Report the checks flag.
In these terms, “Free Reading” means the free numerology reading shown on screen, with a private link to it sent to you by email if you leave your address, and “Deep Report” means the paid digital report, shown on your own report page and sent to you as a keepsake PDF by email. We show you a Free Reading at no cost, and you can buy a Deep Report if you want one.
“Add-ons” are optional extras offered at checkout, such as the audio version of the Deep Report. Each add-on is a separate purchase at its own price, shown before you pay. An add-on is delivered to the same report page and email address as the Deep Report it was bought with, and the same refund terms apply to it.
After your own Deep Report opens, you can buy a Deep Report for someone else at the price shown on that offer. It is a separate Deep Report, written for the name and birth date you give, delivered to your email address and your account with its own private link, and the same refund terms apply to it. You confirm that you have that person’s agreement to use their name and birth date.
After your own Deep Report opens, you can also buy a Three-Year Reading at the price shown on that offer. It is a written reading of three calendar years, one at a time, for the same name and birth date. The three years always start after the year your Deep Report reads and after the year you buy it, so nothing repeats. It is written only for a reader aged 18 or over. It is delivered to your report page and your email address, and the same refund terms apply to it.
You can buy a Deep Report as a gift. Each gift card carries a code that can be redeemed once, for one Deep Report and any add-on bought with that gift card. The code is valid for three years from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is shown on the gift card. The person who redeems it enters their own name and birth date, agrees to these terms, and becomes the owner of that report. Their details and their report are not shared with the buyer.
Nature of the service
Fathomself uses the Pythagorean numerology tradition as a framework for self-reflection. It is not a predictive science and does not claim to forecast specific outcomes. All reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only and must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Your Fathomself report is for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and you must not treat it as a prediction of the future or a statement of fact.
Numerology is not science. We make no claim that your report is accurate, true, or predictive. Do not make important decisions based on it. If you need real advice, see a qualified professional.
By using Fathomself, you accept that the report is for entertainment and personal reflection, and that you are responsible for any decisions you make.
No guarantees and no outcome claims
We do not promise any particular result, insight, benefit, or outcome from your report. We do not guarantee that the report is accurate, that it reveals anything true about you, or that it changes anything in your life. Two reports made from different information may differ. Your report is written with AI assistance and checked against your chart before it reaches you, and it may still contain errors or oddities.
Buying the Deep Report
The Free Reading is free, and no payment details are required for it. The Deep Report is a digital product you can buy for the price shown at checkout: NZ$65 in New Zealand, or US$39 for most other countries. This is a single one-off payment. There is no subscription and no further charge. We don’t sell to buyers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom yet.
Introductory offer. A Free Reading unlocks a launch credit of US$10 (NZ$10 in New Zealand) towards a Deep Report, and every gift card bought on our gift page carries the same credit. With the credit, a Deep Report or a Deep Report gift card costs US$29 (NZ$55). We apply the credit at checkout, so there is nothing to enter. The credit can be used once per order. It doesn't apply to the audio add-on, it can't be exchanged or transferred, and it has no cash value. The offer ends at 11:59 pm on 31 January 2027, New Zealand time, and we may end it sooner without notice. When the offer ends, the Deep Report is US$39 (NZ$65).
Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Fathomself Limited is the seller and merchant of record for your purchase, and is responsible for providing your report and for any applicable tax. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the handling of your payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, your Deep Report is written for you. It appears on your report page as soon as it is ready, and the keepsake PDF and a private link come by email, usually within the hour. The Deep Report is digital content made for you, which affects your refund rights. See our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
When you use Fathomself, you agree that:
- The information you enter is your own, or you have permission to enter it.
- You are 18 or over.
- If you request a reading or buy a Deep Report for someone aged 13 to 17, you are their parent or guardian, and you confirm that when we ask. Their report is written for their age.
- The payment method you use is yours or used with its owner's permission.
- You will not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it, or resell the reports.
Fathomself is for people aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian can request a reading for someone aged 13 to 17. We do not make readings for anyone under 13.
Our content and your content
The Fathomself name, site, software, and report format belong to us. You may use your own report for your personal, non-commercial use. The personal details you enter remain yours, and we handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, and except for any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded:
- We provide Fathomself and your report “as is”.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or decision that results from relying on your report, because it is for entertainment and self-reflection only.
- If we are found liable for anything despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your report.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer in New Zealand
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights that we cannot exclude, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away. See our Refund Policy for how those rights apply to your purchase.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time of your purchase. We update the date at the top when we change them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you may also have the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, and nothing here removes those.
