What Fathomself is

Fathomself is an AI numerology service. You give us your birth name and birth date, our software calculates a numerology chart, and an AI writes a personalised report based on it. We show you a free summary, and you can buy the full report.

Nature of Service

Fathomself uses the Pythagorean numerology tradition as a framework for self-reflection. It is not a predictive science and does not claim to forecast specific outcomes. All reports are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Your Fathomself report is for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and you should not treat it as a prediction of the future or a statement of fact.

Numerology is not science. We make no claim that your report is accurate, true, or predictive. Do not make important decisions based on it. If you need real advice, see a qualified professional.

By using Fathomself, you accept that the report is for entertainment and personal reflection, and that you are responsible for any decisions you make.

No guarantees and no outcome claims

We do not promise any particular result, insight, benefit, or outcome from your report. We do not guarantee that the report will be accurate, that it will reveal anything true about you, or that it will change anything in your life. Two reports generated from different information may differ. The report is generated by AI and may contain errors or oddities.

Buying the full report

The free summary is shown to you on the site at no cost. The full report is a digital product you can buy for the price shown at checkout (around USD 27, shown in your local presentment where available).

The full report is a digital product provided by Fathomself Limited. Your payment is handled securely by a third-party payment provider. Depending on the provider, it may act as the merchant of record for your purchase, in which case it processes the sale and may collect and remit any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. The provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment. Whichever provider is used, Fathomself Limited is responsible for providing your report, and these Terms apply to it.

Once your payment is confirmed, your full report is generated and delivered to you on screen and by email. The report is delivered immediately, which affects your refund rights. See our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

When you use Fathomself, you agree that:

1. The information you enter is your own, or you have permission to enter it.
2. You are at least 16 years old.
3. You will not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it, or resell the reports.

Our content and your content

The Fathomself name, site, software, and report format belong to us. You may use your own report for your personal, non-commercial use. The personal details you enter remain yours, and we handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, and except for any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded:

1. We provide Fathomself and your report "as is".
2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or decision that results from relying on your report, because it is for entertainment and self-reflection only.
3. If we are found liable for anything despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your report.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer in New Zealand

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights that we cannot exclude, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away. See our Refund Policy for how those rights apply to your purchase.

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please read it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. We will update the date at the top when we change them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you may also have the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, and nothing here removes those.
